Eligibility and Age Limit
1.1 Minimum Age Requirement
The 99xc platform is available only to users aged 21 and above. By completing registration, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. If it is later established that you were under 21, 99xc reserves the right to cancel any transactions and close the account.
1.2 Geographic Restrictions
Use of the 99xc platform is prohibited for users who reside in any country or region where online gaming is fully banned or restricted. By accessing the platform, you confirm that doing so is legally permitted based on your place of residence or location.
1.3 Single Account Rule
Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, household, device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, they will be closed immediately and all bonuses and winnings associated with those accounts will be forfeited.
Account Registration
2.1 Registration Process
To create an account on 99xc, you must provide accurate and complete information. All details provided during registration must be truthful, correct and your own. Providing false information will result in the account being closed immediately.
2.2 Account Information Responsibility
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are solely responsible for any activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
2.3 Updating Information
If any of your personal details change (such as your mobile number or email), update your profile immediately. 99xc will not be responsible for payment delays or account verification issues caused by outdated or incorrect information.
Identity Verification (KYC)
3.1 Verification Requirements
99xc reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Identity verification may be mandatory before processing a withdrawal request or in cases of unusual activity.
3.2 Required Documents
One or more of the following documents may be required for identity verification:
- A clear copy of a National ID (NID) or passport
- Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method (such as a screenshot of a bKash or Nagad account)
- Selfie photo or video verification
3.3 Failure to Verify
If a user fails to provide documents for verification in a timely manner, or if the information provided is not accurate, 99xc reserves the right to suspend transactions on that account and close it if necessary.
Deposits and Payments
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods are supported for deposits on the 99xc platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
4.2 Deposit Terms
- Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- If a suspicious transaction is detected, 99xc reserves the right to hold that deposit.
- No additional fees apply for deposits, though your payment provider may charge fees.
4.3 Incorrect Deposits
If funds are lost or transferred to the wrong account due to incorrect information entered during a deposit, 99xc is not liable for that loss. For such issues, please contact our 24/7 support team.
Withdrawal Rules
5.1 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
5.2 Withdrawal Prerequisites
- The account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before making a withdrawal.
- The wagering requirement on any active bonus must be met.
- Deposited funds must be wagered at least once.
- The minimum withdrawal amount of ৳800 must be met.
5.3 Withdrawal Rejection
99xc reserves the right to reject or suspend a withdrawal request in the following cases: incomplete KYC verification, unmet wagering requirements, suspected suspicious activity, or technical issues.
Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Welcome Bonus
99xc offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, it must be activated at the time of the first deposit.
6.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement must be met before winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal. A specific time limit may apply for meeting the wagering requirement.
6.3 Bonus Usage Terms
- Transferring bonus funds to a third party is prohibited.
- If bonus abuse (arbitraging, hedging) is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
- A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is already active.
- Each user may receive each bonus offer once only.
- 99xc reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
6.4 VIP Program
The 99xc VIP program has 5 tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
You can advance to a higher VIP tier based on your activity and engagement on the platform.
Gaming Rules
7.1 General Gaming Terms
All games offered on the 99xc platform are operated by third-party game providers. Games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi and other leading providers are available on our platform.
7.2 Game Results
All game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fully impartial and ensures fair play. 99xc has no involvement in game outcomes.
7.3 Betting Limits
Specific minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game. These limits are displayed in the game interface. 99xc reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.
7.4 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error or server issue, 99xc will attempt to cancel that bet and return the deposited amount. However, 99xc is not fully liable for losses caused by system failures.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99xc platform:
- Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account for the same person.
- Money Laundering: Depositing funds from illegal sources or using the platform as a means of money laundering.
- Fraud: Providing false information, using stolen payment methods or engaging in any fraudulent activity.
- Software Use: Using bots, scripts or other automated software to play games.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit the system for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
- Hacking: Attempting to breach the security of the platform.
- Minor Access: Allowing anyone under the age of 21 to use an account.

Account Suspension & Closure
10.1 Closure by User
You can request to close your account at any time. Before closing your account, make sure that all eligible balances in your account have been withdrawn.
10.2 Suspension or Closure by 99xc
99xc reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Engaging in prohibited activities
- Providing false information
- Failure to cooperate with KYC verification
- Detection of suspicious financial activity
- Extended inactivity (with prior notice)
10.3 Inactive Accounts
If an account remains completely inactive for 12 months or more, 99xc may mark that account as inactive and a monthly maintenance fee may be deducted. This fee will no longer apply once you log in to the account.
Limitation of Liability
11.1 Limited Liability
99xc is not responsible for the following:
- Games interrupted due to loss of internet connection
- Account information leaked due to the user's own negligence
- Technical issues with third-party game providers
- Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government restrictions
- Software or hardware issues on the user's device
11.2 Compensation Limit
In any circumstance, 99xc's maximum liability will be limited to the actual value of the transaction to which the issue relates. 99xc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
